Who he is
A new chapter of traditional leadership in Fodome Amele
Togbe Edzeani V is the Dufia of Fodome Amele and Divisional Chief of the Fodome Traditional Area, installed on 13 August 2026 by the Fodome Traditional Council under the leadership of the Paramount Chief, Togbega Gbedegbleme Akpatsa II. He brings more than fifteen years of banking and international advisory experience to a role rooted in heritage, service and community.
The calling
Before the stool, fifteen years of service
Before this calling, Togbe Edzeani V spent more than 15 years building a professional career as a Banking Consultant, providing advisory services to international firms across Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. Through his philanthropic work, his non-governmental organisation and various charitable initiatives, he has supported individuals and communities across Ghana.

The day the stool was occupied
Togbe Edzeani V was formally installed as Divisional Chief of Fodome Amele by the Fodome Traditional Council, under the leadership of the Paramount Chief, Togbega Gbedegbleme Akpatsa II. Held at the White House, the installation was a colourful and dignified celebration of tradition, heritage and collective identity, attended by distinguished chiefs and queen mothers, and a delegation from Abutia led by Togbega Kodzo Gidi, Paramount Chief of Abutia.
